Salvation of a Saint - Keigo Higashino, Alexander O. Smith

I really enjoyed the first book in the Galileo-series "The Devotion of Suspect X", so I´m actually surprised that I´m bored by this one. Maybe it´s because I don´t care about the murder victim, a misogynist jerk, who only keeps a wife for the purpose of procreation.

And the odd thing is that Keigo Hischigano doesn´t give a recap of the previous book. Two of the main characters apparently don´t get along and I´m fairly certain that this has been adressed in the previous book, which I have read about two years ago. But I can´t remember for the life of me why they don´t like each other. Things like this make me edgy.
